Hello and welcome,

Rainhill Beer Festival – 19th to 21st October 2023.

For a number of years, the success of our Beer Festival has only been possible through the help and support of our fantastic volunteers.

We need help from as many volunteers as possible from outside the club in order to make this event operate and succeed to raise funds for many charities, as Rainhill Rotary Club do not have the number of members to make this happen without a fantastic group of volunteers.

If you think you will be able to help please complete the Volunteers Details Form by CLICKING HERE which asks you to indicate your availability for the initial setup, the festival and also the take down and clear up. If you could then email the completed form back to rainhillrotary@outlook.com

With the information you provide we will be able to plan the workforce and be better placed to inform everyone what your participation will be, as it is important that your help is put to the best advantage, not only for you but for the success of the event.

We will be inviting all volunteers (over the age of 18) who wish to help at this year’s beer festival to a briefing meeting on Thursday 5th October 7:30pm at Rainhill Recreation Club (Victoria Terrance, Rainhill L35 0LH).  This will give us all the opportunity to provide further details ahead of this year’s event.
