A Welcome from the Chairman

Welcome to the Rainhill Beer Festival!

It is a real privilege to be writing this message as Chairman for my very first festival. Rainhill Beer Festival has become a much-loved tradition in our community, bringing together great people, great beer, great food and great entertainment, all while raising vital funds for good causes.

This year, our fantastic team of volunteers has been working hard to make the festival bigger and better than ever before. Whether you’re a long-time supporter or visiting for the first time, we want you to enjoy an unforgettable weekend and experience the very best that Rainhill Beer Festival has to offer.

Of course, beer remains at the heart of the festival. Our dedicated beer team spends countless hours selecting and sourcing an exceptional range of ales, lagers, ciders and speciality beers from breweries across the UK. Thanks to their passion, expertise and industry connections, we’ve once again assembled a fantastic line-up that includes award-winning favourites, exciting new discoveries and something to suit every taste.

What makes this festival truly special, however, is the community spirit behind it. Every pint poured, every ticket purchased and every donation made helps us support local charities, community groups and Rotary projects, ensuring the festival leaves a lasting impact long after the final barrel has been emptied.

I’d like to thank our sponsors, volunteers, suppliers, local businesses and, most importantly, our visitors. Your support makes this event possible and helps us continue to grow year after year.

So please relax, enjoy the atmosphere, discover a new favourite beer and make some wonderful memories with friends and family.

Message From 2026 Club President Mike Gaffney

It is my great pleasure as President of the Rotary Club of Rainhill to welcome you all to our Beer Festival. The Festival has become firmly established in Rainhill’s social calendar with last years event raising over £34,000 for charitable causes within our community.
In this our 40th year as a Club we have once more selected a wide range of beers, lagers and ciders for you to enjoy. Our well established Prosecco, Gin and Vodka Bars are complimented by a 0% alcohol bar.
They all continue to be popular with a wide variety of drinks and also our Food Court continues to be enjoyed……we hope we have provided something for everyone.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who have sponsored the event and all the volunteers, friends of our Club, family and friends who give their time and skills willingly to make the Beer Festival possible and without whom we could non even consider putting on such a big event.

I would also especially like to thank the Beer Festival Committee. It takes many hours of hard work, planning and organisation spread over many months to make this event happen. A big thank you to them.

Finally a huge thank you to you all for coming along and supporting what is now the largest community fund raising event in our area.
Your presence will ensure that we can help many more local charitable organisations and worthy causes as we do every year in support of our community.
